October 2021 Survey Responses

Orleans Parish

In July 2021, over 60 candidates qualified to run for office in the upcoming October Primary Election. After community input, we sent surveys to each of them. Each race, from the Mayor to the Sheriff down to each city council district. We asked questions ranging from housing security to supporting FIP mentorship, addressing homelessness, laying out plans for the future of the city jail, and much more. Below you’ll find links to each race we’ve collected survey responses from thus far and invite you to read through and get a better picture of where each of these candidates vying for your vote stands on the issues that most impact our community.
