NEW ORLEANS — This week's Commitment 2021 Hot Seat Debate focuses on the race for New Orleans City Council District B.

Participating in the debate include: Jay Banks, Rella Zapletal, Roz Thibodeaux and Lesli Harris.

Elections will be held Oct. 9.
